1- Work with shipper and purchaser to check and confirm shipping document, invoice, packing list, bill of lading…………
2- Follow up ETD/ETA and update to relevant parties and shipment log.
3- Prepare and ensure that all shipping document including, import permit, stamped invoice/packing list and authorization are passed to broker timely for custom clearance.
4- Work closely and follow up with broker and trucker to ensure delivery is made as plan.
5- Verify invoice from broker before passing to manager for payment approval.
6- Weekly update shipping scheduling, containers tracking and report to supervisor/manager.
7- Escalate and seek for support immediately when facing any issue.
8- Any other duty assign by superior/manager.

- 2-5 years’ experience in logistic working flow.
- Good: speaking and writing in English.
- Knowledge in English Writing by Email to concerned parties of logistic flow.
- Knowledge in Logistic process is preferred.
- Hard working and can work under pressure.
